Property divider fence + front fence + electric driveway gate

Hi, we are looking to enclose our section for privacy and safety. We want a new fence to divide two sections along a concrete driveway (image attached). We’d like a 1.8m high wooden privacy fence. It is about 15m on existing concrete. We then need a front wooden fence with an electric driveway gate on our side only. We’d like the gate to be wider than the current driveway so we can get in an turn etc on the grass area in the photo. Gate around 4m, Fence about 4m. This fence/gate will replace an existing hedge (which we will remove ourselves). Looking at 1.8m high too. Photo: Red is fence. Blue is gate.
