Glass Pool Fencing -better securing it

We have existing glass pool fencing and a gate between the house and a fence -2 glass panels and the gate in the middle which need to be better secured to the deck on which it sits. At the moment the fence and gate swings at the slightest movement and the gate doesn't always shut due to this movement. We think the first step is taking up the decks boards (secured by stainless steel nails) and doing remedial work to the existing fixing. If this doesn't work we will then to look at options to fix the glass panels to the house and/or the fence.
