Fence replacement

We have a concrete brick and wooden panel fence that surrounds the back of our rental property. It is in need of rebuilding as the timber is falling apart and some of the large panels (1.2m high x 2.5m wide) have fallen over in the recent nasty weather. We need a quote to replace the wooden panels and make good the concrete piles between the panels, as well as build a 1.2m high gate x about 2.0m long to keep children out of the driveway. As the fences are neighbouring ones, we will need to approach the neighbours once costs have come through. Estimated 20 - 25 linear meters of fencing. Interested parties will need to measure the area up as the numbers provided are purely estimates.
