Replace old timber fence
Job description
Old timber driveway fence URGENTLY needs replacing (23m length). We want THREE Quotes: 1) remove existing & replace with low wire fence (concrete posts) - as first half of driveway RHS; 2) remove existing & replace with treated timber palings same height as neighbour's LHS end driveway (1.2m?) 25mm depth; 3) remove existing & replace with treated timber palings same height as timber fence front of house (1.5m) 25mm depth Please QUOTE each option separately (incl. paling, rails and post dimensions) and itemise cost for clearing of boundary (incl. digger hire, if needed) & removal of rubbish. Itemise your expected labour cost and materials for each option. In the QUOTE, please also include your payment terms.

Communication overall a strong point however there were gaps after quote was accepted and I had to follow-up. Main feedback re: schedule - agreed start date of Friday 2 September was "muddled" up and work started nearly a week earlier and with no consultation. But it turned out well in the end - esp. weather-wise. End result was very professional. I would certainly recommend Ross (and wife, Mariana). ;-)
