New Fence

I am looking for a couple of quotes to remove existing back fence which is near falling over. The posts don't appear to be concreted in and the fence is made up of some type of hard board - no palings, just large sheets. We would like to replace the entire fence with a new timber paling fence. Quote to take down & remove existing fence, concrete in new posts and finish fence with new rails and palings. Timber will need to be treated and nails etc galvanised. Quote will need to cover all costs including cement, nails etc and the removal of existing fence. Its approx. 10-15 metres in length (I haven't measured it). I would like at least 1.6 metres in height. No gaps between palings. I would like a quote to have palings on both sides of the fence (as we hope the neighbour will pay half so we will need the fence to look equally nice on each side.
