Retaiing Wall & Timber Fence

To build a timber retaining wall along the east boundary including as required along the north boundary with an approx length 44100. It is intended that this be incorporated with the 1.8m timber fence with an approx length of 18m. Timber retaining wall to be 90x90 H5 Timber posts with --- rails & topcap. Include the novacoil to the retaining wall to drain back to the cesspit or storm water. A separate price for the fence is required for the neighbour to share in the cost of the fence. The1.8m Timber fence is to be 90x90 H5 timber posts and --- timber rails and --- Timber Fence Palings. This is to include the gates to each side boundary. The gate posts need to be galvanised steel. Please provide an option on building galvanised frames for the gates with timber cladding. Each gate should have a simple latch lock. It is intended that the eastern boundary gates should be wide enough to get a 2.5m vehicle in the future.
