Front fence repair or replace quote

Need a quote to either repair or replace our front picket fence. I have been told that it may be repairable as there is no rot, it's just in poor condition and battons need replacing and the posts wiggle around. There are two gates at either end - see photos. Will attach a plan with approximate measurements - total fence plus gates length is 2264cm approx. Wanting the cheapest option to keep the fence otherwise we will look into knocking it down altogether.
