New Sleepout, Deck and Fence Built

We are looking for someone to build a sleepout/hobby room onsite. Looking for something either around 20sqm divided into two rooms, or two seperate buildings just under 10sqm each. Also wanting french doors to be put into our kitchen (where there is currently a window) and a deck built off that, possibly connecting with the new sleepout. Also possibly at the same time looking at a new fence for the front of our section, would be roughly about 30 meters long. We are having a bit of a hard time making a final decision on details of the sleepout, ie dimensions, positioning, etc. so anyone with some ideas and advice in that department would be fantastic!
