Wooden fence and gate construction

I need a fence built to enclose a new granny flat that is being constructed on my property. The fence is to be approx 40m long and approx 1.8m high (fence shown in red on the image, with gates shown in blue). I also need a retaining wall built in some areas, that the fence will sit on. The retaining wall will be approx 22m long and vary in height between 0.1m and 0.7m high. Job will also include construction of three gates. Photos show the area in which the fence is to be built. Note the existing building shown in the photos is about to be demolished, and a new granny flat constructed. There is also a photo of an adjoining fence, would be ideal if new fence were constructed in a similar style. The job does not require building consent or resource consent. Thanks.
