Replace existing fencing at the front of the house with one 1.8M High & approx. 8-9 M long ) Add a Pedestrian Gate and a Driveway gate (approx 3-4M in total) to secure front of the section Replace existing Fence down right hand side of the property from the Garage to the end of the drive way (1.8M high and approx 16M long ) Would like the fencing and access Gate to be in a dark Grey or Black Color steel or similar Driveway gates to be Black aluminum Type frame with wooden horizontal slats , or similar - not as heavy duty as the attached photo . Open to suggestions Currently awaiting settlement on the property (4th November ) Would like to know how soon after Settlement date the work could be started / completed
