Garden Fence

I would like to get some advice/quote for a part of my section. three areas measuring in length 5m, 5m and 8m respectively. I would prefer a trellis (as it is withing the garden, not a boundary fence) and is intended as a safety feature for the dogs. I am looking at a tall one for the 5m, and about a 1m high for the 8m region. As the dogs are sizable, I would want the fence to be bolted into the ground properly, ideally with concrete? +/- Wooden gate about 1.3m wide and 1.7m tall for the main entrance.
