Short Wooden Boundry Fence & Gate

I have an approx. 30m common boundry with HNZ . The old fence needs replacing, with a new wooden fence from the max height at the rear, sloping down from the house to around 1100mm or 1200mm. I would also like to have fitted a double wooden gate from the new fence to a concrete block wall.
