Active job

New timbre posts and railings required.

Job description

General Fencing
Clutha

New timber fence posts and railings for front garden as it currently is not safe as current fence is old and fulling apart. (Remove old posts as they are unevenly placed, may require new hole(s) depending on rail length and how many posts required for job etc.) 1-Measure the current space for a new fence from pathway to neighbours boundary. Have a fair idea of its current length based on old fence, but since it needs new railings and posts it may end up shorter. 2-Measure the current space for new gate that will be required across footpath. Require you to build a wooden gate to fit this space, similar look to current main gate will be fine. (Must be able to swing both ways.) 3-Measure the current space to driveway entrance area from footpath. 4-Measure the current space from driveway area down driveway.* *Must allow room for a double swinging gate which we currently have to swing towards the deck. 5-A wooden gate will be needed between house and deck on the deck or in front of deck, what ever is easiest. May require it to be slightly higher if it is Infront of the deck though. Same as footpath gate/main gate in look would be great. 6-There currently is a garden on the other side of driveway, so you may have to work out where best to put a post for gate to swing on. Height of garden may make this a issue for gate to swing lowish. 7-Provide us quotes for each part above and bring your own equipment for the job if we choose you to do this job. Do not mind paying for materials/petrol for you to get them if you can supply them for us if you pick them out your self without us, yet to decide on final height, thinking 1.5m for posts out of the ground. Otherwise we will supply the posts and railings etc at our own cost if you can not supply them. Will require an recommendation on what else to get if this is the case. I will be putting pickets on myself as I am going to design them into shapes etc. So don't require you to do this. Do a good job and we will get you to do two other fences at a later stage.
