Replace a paling fence

An existing paling fence of 71.8 meters requires two quotes to assess the replacement. Option 1: For a partial replacement of 50.1 meters (L) x 2 meters (H) and 50.1 meters x 2.3 meters (H). Option 2: For a total replacement of 71.8 meters (L) x 2 meters (H) and 71.8 meters x 2.3 meters (H). Existing 'green foliage' to be removed. Existing internet fibre cabling to remain as is (partially under ground & approximately 40 meters of which is clipped to the lower rail on the fence). Most posts may be satisfactory and not require replacing as mounted in concrete. I've requested the quote as unsure of total cost of job.
