Fencing subdivision boundary

Fencing of boundary as above approximately 12 metres long - post rail and 1.8 palings (about 6 metres either side of a stream). The posts have been placed only and rails have been purchased. Rails and palings only to be completed. The fence is over contour but less than one metre drop to the stream on both sides thereof. Please advise joint cost of palings and labour . May need some prelim advice as to recommendation to get best result- should the fenceline follow the contour or be dropped to follow contour. May need to discuss or inspect
