Boundary fence, Macaulay Street

1.8m high boundary fence between me and my neighbour, approx 20m in length. Flat site, no pools. Board and batten style but made from palings (I don't know how to describe this, but can point to an example) – 19mmx150mm rough sawn, appropriate timber treatment. Capping on top. Standard posts and rails, appropriate timber treatment. Exception is one span of rails, which will need to be longer because of concrete placement. Happy to be advised if I appear to be misdirected. Demolish and remove existing. Happy for you to come a see by arrangement.
