Front Fence

I am needing to replace the front road side fence at my property. Looking for advice, but thinking a timber fence at 1.8m to match the fence along the side of the property. Would want the fence to create a bit of a sound proof barrier and add privacy as it’s on a busy road and also something which would deter graffiti. I think the current fence is about 15m long. Would need all equipment/resources provided. Ready for work to start.
