Garden Gates Install

I want to get two garden gates installed and a third either shored up or replaced. Gate 1: Want to attach bird netting to the top of the gate so needs a solid piece across the top but tall enough to not need to duck and the gate itself to be solid enough to prevent birds easily getting through it. Gate 2: Needs shored up (the posts are loose and move around) or replaced with same requirements as Gate 1. Gate 3: Is just to maker things look tidier, so something that obscures the view. Ideally they're all able to be locked (with a standard padlock is fine). Durability and price are more important than fancy aesthetics but want them to look tidy. Time frame is flexible.
