Small fence required

I need a small section of fence built (approximately 4.6m long) to provide privacy to the outdoor patio area from the street. I would like for the fence to be 1.8m/6ft tall, with no gaps between the palings (except for a small section above 1m height, within 1m of the driveway edge). I would like for the fence to have a top cap and baseboard like the image attached. I won't require any painting or staining. There is a concrete footing from the previous brick fence that was there (shown in photos), although this fence had a timber fence constructed behind it. I would like to get the fence in the next week or two and I anticipate it would take no more than a couple of days.

Mike was very helpful and had good communication. He was quick to get in touch when we had water infiltrating in our post holes and had a few helpful suggestions before we proceeded with the work. We’re very happy with the fence and how it shaped up.
