1) Remove existing small brick wall. Supply & Replace with "merivale style" fence. Estimated at 125x75mm H4 posts. 75x50mm H3 timber rails. 140x19mm H3 dressed and pre-primed palings. Scotia and kick board, peaked capping. All posts concreted in. 2) Remove a tree. 3) New boundary fence and side gate. 23Lm, 1.8m high. Posts to be 125x75mm H4 concreted in place. rails to be 75x50mm H3. clad fence using standard 1.8m x 150 x 12mm. Supply and install a metal frame gate, clad gate to match pailing fence.
