replace boundary fence

Neighbours and I are looking for a quote to replace 1.8m (or 2m) timber boundary fence between our properties. Minimum length to be replaced is 36m. First 8m will need rails only as I'll install pre-painted pickets, remaining 28m needs 3 rails and 1.8 or 2m palings (painting not required). Existing concrete fence posts are in good condition but bolts to hold rails will likely need to be replaced. Old fence will need to be disposed of as well. If additional neighbours wish to replace at the same time another 14m and/or another 12m are possible as well depending on quote. In all, 36m is definite, and more likely 50 or 62m in the end.
