Fence Replacement

Fence needs to be taken down and another built. Property is built higher beside a school and may need slight retaining wall / posts along the bottom of the fence. Long fence approximately 70m. I require a quote for this please. I have had numerous companies advise they would help and have been quoted and accepted and then not heard from them again. Looking for someone reliable please!
