Build new (1.8m high) timber fence

We are looking to add a 1.8m high fence to the front of our property. The fence will be approximately 11.8m long, with a gap at one end for a gate. We will paint the fence ourselves. I will remove the old low stone fence before the new one is installed. (shown in the photo). The second photo shows the stile of fence we are interested in getting bulit Once we get agreement with our neighbour, we are also looking to build a 30m fence down our boundary (which will also require removing the old fence), however this will likely be at a later stage
