Boundary fence repairs

Hi- my property borders with a housing New Zealand property. The fence is on quite a lean, I believe that a post needs re-setting. I would like the fence tidied up to be able to have a trellis topper put on top for some privacy. Before I can do this I need to have the boundary fence repaired/new fence. I have to present quotes and diagrams to housing New Zealand before I can go ahead with the joB and there are standards that have to be adhered to. The fence will be made From timber and 1.8m in height. There is also a drain that runs between this fence (drain maintained by the council) and a smaller fence which I would be interested in a separate quote to repair/replace. Cheers
