Painting and repairing my fence

Hi, I have a 1.8m high fence that is about 80m in length around my property. It needs repainting for the first time in 15 years. It will need about 10 battens needing replacing. It will need water blasting first as one area has had ivy all over it, which I have been killing over the winter-spring season. There is one section beside the garage that will be a squeeze, if you are on the large side. I began on the drive and realised it was too much for me to do. I have just under 20L of paint and can get more. If you buy the wood I'm happy for that to be in the bill. I have no particular timeframe, I'd like it before autumn please. Thanks
