Fence/Gate needing repairs/replacement

Hi, I've bought a house that didn't flood but needs to be fenced and gated for my dogs. Am hoping to start the end of August. It would be great if I could get a builder/carpenter who can also do some renovations as some walls need to be regibbed and there are issues with the windows/weatherboards. I am currently in Chch- but realise there will be a lot of work going on- so wanted to book someone in- could possibly start mid August or after. Thanks,
