• Timber construction • H4 treatment of posts, H3.2 treatment of rails and palings. • Posts every 1.8 m to 2.4 m depending on suitable ground conditions. • Fence post height 1.8 m. • Post hole depth 1 m (0.9 m of post below ground and 100m concrete below post) • 100 x 100 Post, 75 x 50 rail, 90 x 100 top rail and 25 mm x 150 mm vertical paling construction. • Protective stain. • Waste of previous fence removed from site.
