Removal and replacement of fence

The existing fence is 22m long and needs to be removed. The replacement fence will be 24.5m long. The first 6m are 1.6m high and the balance is to be 1.8m high. The fence is be placed as close to the boundary as possible. You will be working with my surveyor to ensure posts are in the right place in relation the boundary. The Construction of the fence is to have the rails running in between the posts so a right angle bracket with Tek screws will be required for the end of each rail. The cladding is to be ex 150 x 19mm H3.2 gauged Pine laid Board on board. (See photo) Paling to be nailed off in Silica Bronze rose head nails.
