Front Gate Repairs
Job description
The site is a part of a development that has a series of six street fronting town houses each with walled front courtyards and cedar wooden gate main entries built early 2000's. Gates are now, to varying degrees, rotting into the exposed bottoms of the gates and up into the lower ends of the stiles where they contact the concrete entry ways and where water and debris collect. Some of the wooden wall attachment posts are also showing signs of separation from their block walls and / or signs of rot. We are looking to have these gates repaired not replaced, preferably by the removal and replacement of the lower parts of the gates with like wood that suitably matches or nearly matches the current look.
