A new fence for friendly neighbours
Job description
We need an old fence torn down and new one put up. It is between two villas on King Edward street, which has a double heritage overlay. This means the first half of the fence length needs to be as close to an exact replacement as possible. The second half of the fence length could be simpler as it is seen only by us. For now please quote based on a replica of what is currently standing. Work can happen on either side of the fence, depending on which supplies the easiest access. There is a big tree stump in the way. I will get quotes to have that grinded, but if you work with a company that do that please feel free to put that price in your quote. In summary: Take down old wooden fence. Build new wooden fence. Use old posts where possible (if not rotten etc). The entire length of the fence is stepped, 36 metres long. 15 metres of the fence from the street is 120cm high. 21 metres of the fence in the backyards is 180cm high. Please quote seperately for painting the new fence in resene Bakara grey/black. Job to be completed by the end of August, weather permitting. This is flexible with discussion. The attached photos show the old fence from the perspective of both sections. It is the black/grey fence.

Patrick is brilliant. He proved himself to be reliable, have good communication, and is a nice guy. He worked solidly until the job was done. The price was fair and did not change from the quote. The fence he built us is great. It's straight, it's solid, nice to look at and the neighbours like it. I will be using Patrick again for other work.
