Boundary Fence rebuild

Replace 16m of timber fence, 1.8m high. Got a lean on during the heavy rains last month and needs to be straightened. Has a 900mm retaining wall built against it t the bottom because the neighbours yard is approximately that much higher. Most of the palings and posts are in decent condition and I would like to recycle as much as possible. I don't know whether the posts need removing and replacing or if they can be straightened where they stand. The current railings run between the posts, not nailed to a face and I would like this system retained. No access for heavy machinery. Some of the fence which does not have a lean has a timber deck attached to it. There is a double face with the neighbours side having a continuous flow of palings which cover the posts as well. My side is as per the photos with the posts exposed. The trees on the neighbours side are all a good hammer swing away from the fence and shouldn't cause a reconstruction problem. I will remove all the art work off the fence as it stands before any work commences. So, although the fence is posted as 16m in length there is in actuality 32 m of palings which may need to be removed and replaced according to the scope of work.
