Boundary fence

I am hoping to get a boundary fence put up between the front house and an empty section behind. The house and section are going to market in mid January, so hoping for something soon if at all possible. Open to suggestion as to style, but let's be honest, probably more keen on cheaper options just because it is for sale purposes. I am not at the section at the moment, but likely to be around 8-10m (the width of the section minus the driveway width) - can measure it exactly in the coming week or so.
