Dog proofing existing boundary hedges on property

I am seeking a contractor to run some low netting along our house boundaries and fasten perspex panels to the bottom of our wooden front gates. The netting could be fastened by cable ties to the existing hedges or new (small) posts. This work would have to be tidy & could well be done by a good handyman. I would like this work done in the next 2 - 3 weeks.
