Build fence/extend deck

I need a wooden fence built to span a distance of approx. 3m between the wall of my house and another fence. It will need a gate as part of the fence as this allows access to the rear of the house. The height of the fence would be approx. 2m. There is a step up to the level of the fence so a small rexisting retaining wall would need to be strengthened and one or two steps built to step up to the gate. i also have an existing wooden deck that is approx. 7m wide and aprrox. 20cm off the ground. I want this deck to be extended out by approx. 1m (maybe a bit less).
