Remove and replace 8m of fencing

We have an 8 mitre section of fence that needs to be taken out and then replaced with a new fence. Part of the replacement is shifting it back a couple of hundred mill to align with the actual boundary. The fence is in 2m sections, and only 4 posts are required, at 2.4m long, --- . The palings are standard rough sawn 2.1 long 150x25. Looking at 100x50 rails, running top middle and bottom. With the shifting back, one side has higher ground than the other by about 300. Looking to run a couple of 140x45 for retaining. I can dispose of the old fence once down if necessary. Access is really easy from my neighbours side, and he's looking forward to having a new fence sorted out, as am I.
