Job description
Replace rotten fence post: Old post is concreted in, remove old post and replace with new (New Post Supplied) Erect a cane screen: Cane screen to cover approximately 5m of boundary between house and neighbours garage (Have seen the type of cane screen we want in Bunnings) Also a couple of general maintenance jobs: Replace door rain canopy (Replacement canopy provided) Repair a small area of damaged exterior cladding (We will point to the bit needing Repair :)
