Low fencing for my new property

Hello, I need a semi-permanent fence built. I have researched and found people use concrete blocks to put fence posts in so they can be transported at a later date. I want the fence to me 1meter high and approximately 20 meters long in total. It will be an 'L' shape and need to be flush somehow to an existing stone wall. I also need a gate built into the fence. Reason for semi-permanent is because I'm renting the piece of land for my tiny house and will later down the track want to take the fence with me, so I thought building it in 4meter sections would be the best bet. Timeframe is January 2021
