wooden gates are rotten and need repair and painting

Entrance gates to property are made from painted wood and have rotted badly in areas. Would like the wood dug out where needed and replaced then gates re-painted in gloss enamel. Prefer a skilled tradesman that can do joinery and quality paint job.
