timber fence extension

We need a gap in our fence filled in where some panels fell down. The details are: 5.3m length 1.0m height 150mm wide palings, with horizontal timber cap at the top There is an old concrete strip footing - as shown in photos. This will need to be removed. There is a big post in the corner. Happy for that to stay and fence to butt into it. Or be removed if that's easier. No vegetation to remove.
