build a wooden fence and gate to span a wide driveway entrance

We have a house that is off a long concrete driveway that goes down to several houses. The entrance to our house from the driveway is a very wide concrete span (approx 7-8 metres) which means people park in our driveway thinking its a turning circle for the rest of the houses further down the drive. I want to build a high wooden fence that spans the gap that has double gates in the middle to allow us access in and out of our property and stops others entering. Due to other time commitments the job can't be started until early September. It would involve putting high wooden fence up over the concrete driveway and building wide enough gates for SUV and small boat to get through and therefore making the perimeter of the entire section secure.
