plastic cover of gate mechanism replacement

I am looking for a technician who can come to check a gate mechanism and also looking for a company who is selling the plastic cover part of the gate mechanism. The type of gate is BFT and you can see the cover on the pictures enclosed. To explain the situation, when moving stuff from the house the plastic cover of the gate mechanism got damaged while parking the car. Landlord agreed that we will replace the plastic cover at our cost but he also insists that a technician comes and checks that the mechanism is not damaged before letting us replace the cover. As far as I know the gate is working fine, it closes and opens normally and doesn't seem to have any problem when it comes to functionality. For technician we need to know how much this check would cost and the availability as we need to sort it asap. For company selling plastic cover for gate mechanism as shown on pictures, how much would it cost. Please send me your offers and I will be in touch with you. Thank you very much in advance.
