Long Boundary fence

Fence Spec We require a quote to build a boundary fence of approximately 110m long and 1.8m high. Number 85’s side of the fence as per the attached design will be rough sawn palings and battens stained to match the existing. Number 87’s side will be clad with 100x25 horizontal boards. 1- (Shared Costs) This portion contains the following; • Demolition- Removal of existing fence • Laminated Posts- 60 at 2.5 long 90x90 H5 • Concrete post holes- Allowance for mixing on site as needed • Rails/nogs- 110m long/ 500m 90x45 premier H3.2 R/S • Galvanised nails- 6 Boxes Galvanised Paslode • Paint for posts- 3/10 litres waterbased paint/brushes • Labour for the above- Includes painting 2- 85 side This portion contains the following; • Fencing Palingss- (110m long) 830 pals/ --- R/S 1.8m long • Cover Battens- 830 battens/ --- R/S 1.8m long • Galvanised nails- 8 Boxes Galvanised Paslode 75mm • Stain as existing- 4/10 litre pals, turps, brushes etc • Labour for the above- Includes painting 3- (87's side) This portion contains the following; • Horizontal Boards- (110m long) 1100m / --- F/J PP Premier • Rosehead Nails- Stainless Steel Rosehead nails 75mm/5kg 3 Boxes • Galvanised nails- 1 Box Galvanised Paslode 90mm/Top cap/Bottom Rail • Top Capping- 135m 125mm wide raking top F/J paint quality • Paint to match existing- 6 pals/10 litres prime and 2 top coats, rails and top capping • Labour for the above- Includes painting Stage 4- (87’s road front fence approximately 9.5m long) This portion contains the following; • Demolition- Removal of existing front fence • Laminated Posts- 5 at 2.5 long --- pm • Concrete post holes- Allowance for mixing on site as needed • Rails/nogs- 9.5m long/ 50m 90x45 premier H3.2 R/S • Paint for posts- 1/10 litres waterbased paint • Fencing Palingss- (9.5m long) 60 pals/ --- R/S 1.8m long • Cover Battens- 60 battens/ --- R/S 1.8m long • Paint as existing- 1/10 litre pail Horizontal Boards- (9.5m long) 100m / --- F/J PP Premier • Rosehead Nails- Stainless Steel Rosehead nails 75mm/5kg 1 Box • Galvanised nails- 1 Box Galvanised Paslode 90mm Framing • Top Capping- 11m 125mm wide raking top F/J paint quality • Paint to match existing- 1 pals/10 litres prime and 2 top coats, rails and top capping • Labour for all the above- Includes painting
