Gavin was fundamentally trying to do a good job. He was good at what he is doing. It's sometimes very frustrating as far as communication is concerned when talking about the specifics of job required. In the end, job has been satisfactorily completed. Still recommend this guy but need to be specific with him in terms of requirement and time frame.
