Replace steel post on car port

At present the 90x90mm x 2.2m steel post is badly rusted at the bottom. The post has a bracket welded to the top that bolts onto a 100x50mm wooden bearer and a plate welded onto the bottom which appears to be bolted into the concrete. The bottom 100mm is badly corroded.
