Powder Coating for a Metal Bed Frame

I have a white metal queen bed frame that I wish to have powder coated in matte black. I'm interested in powder coating because it is durable but am unsure whether a smallish piece such as a bed is able to be done at all and/or done at a reasonable price. Am able to drop the bed frame off at a workshop in the wider Auckland area, not just west Auckland
