Steel post repairs or replacment

We have three steel 100x100mm posts supporting a cantilevered section of our house. One is rusting at the base, and needs repair or replacement. Depending on the price we might also do a second one. Needs concrete cut out, new pad and new post install (we think). Also a producer statement for the work.
