A floor joist above my garage which supports the lounge floor has bowed, so I would like a flat steel plate 4680mm long x 160mm x 6mm with 8 x 10mm holes spaced evenly. Also would like bolts, nuts and washers x 8, (but not essential). I will jack the joist up and fix the plate to the side of the joist.
