two very strong gate post c/w gudgeons

I require two custom steel gate posts fabricated as per attached drawing. They need to be fabricated, hot dip galvanised and powder coated absolutely no later than 19 Feb, preferably sooner. These are two unconventional (triangular) very strong posts for future feature gates - the larger of the two gates will be 3m wide and could weigh as much as --- kg. I envisage it would be easiest to manufacture using unequal angle, mounting the gudgeons, then closing in the other side with plate. Preferably after someone out west auckland
