Boat rockect launcher fixing

Hi there, I have a project boat that I've been working on. Have been screwed over by a few people so hopefully can find some reliable and affordable fabricators on here. I have a rocket launcher that has been bent on the bottom and would most likely need to be cut with new pieces welded on and then mounted on to my boat. Eventually I will need to have more welding done to the rocket launcher that will create a frame for a hardtop to go on but for now to keep the cost down I would like to get the rocket launcher fixed and mounted. Can someone please give me a qoute and a time frame when they could do it or take a look please.
