Aluminum Welding Small home project

I’m making an attachment for a walker to prevent a fall for a friend that has been diagnosed with Motor Neurons Disease and will fall when walking. It is 5 pieces of aluminum legs welded with small wheels attached and will clamp onto a standard walker. I have a walker and drawings. I’m doing this little project to make end of life more bearable for this young man and not so frustrating or embarrassing as the disease progresses. His predicted life expectancy is now only a year so it is urgent. I can not afford high costs to manufacture this attachment as I myself am a pensioner just trying to give a man some dignity at such a young end of life.
